SURFINLOCK US BOX
The new surfinlock US Box is suitable for all boards with a US Box fin system, including longboards, single fin boards, stand-up paddleboards, windsurf boards and foil boards. This Surfinlock is incredibly easy to use - simply insert it into the US fin box and slide the thicker part down to lock it. If used with our Looplock cable or other lock and cable, it cannot be removed. Its compact size allows you to leave your fin in on most boards while locking your board on the roof of your car or anywhere else you need to secure it. Made from high quality stainless steel, the Surfinlock is durable and ensures your board is safe and protected.

LOOPLOCK CABLE
The Looplock cable is a versatile locking solution that combines perfectly with your Surfinlock. Its compact size and number display make it a practical travel companion that eliminates the need to carry keys. The unique looplock design allows you to connect multiple boards together, making it superior to traditional double loop cables. The cable can be looped around an attachment point and you can then secure your board or multiple boards one at a time. It works with all of our Surfinlocks and is also suitable for protecting other valuable equipment such as bike trailers, camping chairs or other equipment that needs to be secured.
Surf or SUP version
Both US-Box Surfinlocks are suitable for all boards with US-Box systems, but if you primarily use it for paddleboards, choose the SUP-optimized version. Together with SUP experts, we have made small design adjustments that are specially optimized for paddleboards with a wider fin slot.
Return deadline
Of course, you have the right to return goods. Please note, however, that for logistical reasons you only have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You can do this without giving a reason and it is sufficient if the posting date is within the deadline. But we are really very accommodating and of course we will extend the deadline for you - please just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we cannot extend the deadlines for "purchase on account" because this is an external payment provider.
Requirement
In contrast to many online providers, we do not simply throw away the returns, but sell them again in our store. We can therefore only accept goods that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.
Reimbursement
As soon as we have received the goods back in perfect condition, we will refund you the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on the payment method you choose, we will choose the same way to refund you the money.
Shipping costs for return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Delivery costs
We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.
Free Shipping
For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.
Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods
Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.
Delivery outside Switzerland
At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
