In recent times, JS Industries has become one of the most recognized and respected names in the world of performance surfboards. Jason Stevenson (Founder, Owner and Shaper) built the company from the ground up and his talents and love of surfing have earned him worldwide recognition and some strong relationships with a world class team of loyal surfers. The iconic tractor logo has been found under the feet of a variety of elite surfers over the years, including four world champions and many more top 32 contenders.

JS Surfboards is the brainchild of Jason Stevenson - another banana-bending Aussie from Queensland. Jason built this business himself and quickly attracted some of the best surfers like Parko and Occy. He's been shaping boards since he was diaper age (or almost) and over the past few years, Jason's designs have proven to be some of the best in the world. Jason grew up on Stradbroke Island in Queensland, Australia and founded JS Industries, or JS Surfboards as we know it, choosing a tractor as his logo in honor of his old man who used to drive a tractor!

Jason's favorite wave to surf is Snapper Rocks, where he tests the innovations he puts into his surfboards. He's a goofy footer and has kids who are almost overtaking him in the line-up!
