With the Northcore wash and equipment bag you always have your toiletries or small accessories under control. The construction is made of durable polyester with a waterproof lining to contain spills. The main compartment has a triple-divided, elastic mesh compartment for small items and a larger internal zippered mesh compartment. On the front of the bag there is a lined zip pocket for items that need to be separated or need quick access. The exterior zips have practical zippers that make opening the bag a breeze.

Tubes, small bottles, sunscreen, pharmacy kits, etc. can be stored in the spacious main compartment, which has a wide opening that makes it easier to view the contents. There is a small handle at one end of the bag for carrying or hanging. The Northcore Was & Gear Bag is a compact, smart accessory for travel, outdoor living and everyday use.

Return deadline

Of course, you have the right to return goods. Please note, however, that for logistical reasons you only have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You can do this without giving a reason and it is sufficient if the posting date is within the deadline. But we are really very accommodating and of course we will extend the deadline for you - please just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we cannot extend the deadlines for "purchase on account" because this is an external payment provider.

Requirement

In contrast to many online providers, we do not simply throw away the returns, but sell them again in our store. We can therefore only accept goods that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.

Reimbursement

As soon as we have received the goods back in perfect condition, we will refund you the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on the payment method you choose, we will choose the same way to refund you the money.

Shipping costs for return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Delivery costs

We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.

Free Shipping

For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.

Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods

Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.

Delivery outside Switzerland

At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
