Lib Tech 4'7" Cork Pop Wakesurfboard

The Cork Pop "air enhancement device" is the latest freestyle surf/skate wake design from Mike Olson. The Cork Pop's defining design feature is a thick "corky" square tail block that maximizes the volume/buoyancy/power under the back foot, providing speed and literally exploding out of the water as you jump off the lip. The plan shape is entirely focused on wake expansion, with a narrow overall width, long straight rail lines and a slash-like nose. The rocker line is flat with a gentle concave that transitions into a fast PAD (Particle Acceleration Dish) concave and a bit of flip in the nose. A loose but precise chined rail flows into a hard, fast edge at the tail. This board is designed to be ridden short, producing effortless speed and precise carving so you can take your freestyle and air game to the next level. Pop the cork!

Lib Tech boards are all made of Eco Isotropic construction, which has many advantages. The partly recycled Nitrogenecell foam is robust and completely waterproof, it does not absorb water. The Hexzylon fiber foam cover resists things and other external influences and gives you a smooth ride thanks to its vibration-absorbing properties. Woven basalt fibers are mineral fibers with natural cushioning properties, increasing the absorption of various impacts. The Bio-Matrix Resin is more environmentally friendly and more stable than epoxy. The Sprock Blocks make the board even more stable, while the Elasto Perimeter Dampening fibers give the board flex, pop and precision. With the Foc Adjustable Slot Fin System you have free choice when it comes to fin selection and setup. And last but not least, the leash plug with aircraft aluminum pin and a cup made of light fibers keeps your leash firmly on the board.
