Note: To pack a surfboard you need two Flex-Hex elements. Unfortunately, the size of the packaging is just over one meter, so the shipping is assessed as a bulky goods shipment. It's best to come and pick them up in person at the store.
The durability and design of Flexi-Hex allows for a long lifespan with multiple uses. This ensures the safe transport of surfboards to their destination.
Resellers and end customers receive a protective cover that can be used multiple times, for example when transporting the board on a plane trip. When the board is removed, Flexi-Hex returns to its practical and easy-to-store size and shape, making it easy to store.
With current surfboard packing times of 15 to 20 minutes and a variety of different methods and materials, Flexi-Hex is more user-friendly, time-saving and environmentally friendly.
Suitable for objects up to a maximum circumference of approx. 170cm.
This is how many Flexi-Hex are needed for packaging:
Skateboard / Bodyboard = 1x Flexi-Hex
Surfboard/snowboard/skis up to 210cm (6.6 feet) = 2x Flexi-Hex
Surfboard up to 220cm (7.2 feet) = 2.5x Flexi-Hex
Surfboard up to 270cm (9.0 feet) = 3x Flexi-Hex
The Flexi-Hex are each taped together with tape and sealed at the bow and stern with tape - done.

Not only is cardboard affordable, accessible, lightweight and fully recyclable, it is also surprisingly strong and durable. The board rails as well as the bow and stern and the deck are optimally protected.

Flexible sizing
The hexagonal cellular structure gives flexibility and fits almost any surfboard. To allow for different sizes, Flexi-Hex is made from two modular sleeves cut to length and fixed at the center point.

Return deadline
Of course, you have the right to return goods. Please note, however, that for logistical reasons you only have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You can do this without giving a reason and it is sufficient if the posting date is within the deadline. But we are really very accommodating and of course we will extend the deadline for you - please just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we cannot extend the deadlines for "purchase on account" because this is an external payment provider.
Requirement
In contrast to many online providers, we do not simply throw away the returns, but sell them again in our store. We can therefore only accept goods that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.
Reimbursement
As soon as we have received the goods back in perfect condition, we will refund you the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on the payment method you choose, we will choose the same way to refund you the money.
Shipping costs for return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Delivery costs
We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.
Free Shipping
For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.
Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods
Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.
Delivery outside Switzerland
At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
