Designed by the California-based style icon, this board embodies Rob's extensive experience and passion for small-wave surfing in California. The Machadocado is slightly wider and thicker than a standard shortboard, offering excellent stability and groveling capability, while its thinned-out tail ensures plenty of control and hold in rounder, more powerful waves. Its volume distribution favors quick turns and rapid speed generation in knee-high to overhead waves. The thruster fin configuration allows you to ride the board as a twin, a twin with a trailer fin, or a thruster, depending on the feel you're looking for.

For the best experience, the Machado 2+1 fin set is recommended. This fin template was developed specifically for the Machadocado to allow for tight turns and extreme control.
