Solarez Ding Repair Epoxy Low Light 1oz

The same great resin as our UV-cure Ding Repair EPOXY, except it is formulated to cure well in winter months or in areas further away from the equator.

The ultimate answer to all minor damage on your epoxy board: Solarez consists of millions of tiny fiberglass strands soaked in epoxy and mixed with a UV-active hardener, remaining liquid in the tube until you apply it to the damaged area and hold it in direct daylight (it even works in the rain, though it takes a few minutes longer; it must be direct daylight, as windows filter out the necessary UV light!).

In addition to the English instructions (text, photos), a sanding pad with a coarse and a fine side for sanding is included. Tip for best results: Shape the liquid Solarez in the shade using clear plastic film and then move it into the sunlight. Plastic does not filter UV radiation, so it works perfectly. Peel off the film as soon as the Solarez gels—this gives you a glossy finish without having to sand it down, and without getting your hands sticky. Suitable for all small to medium repairs on the nose, rails, top and bottom deck, fins, and tail.
