The Carver C7 is a truck patented by Carver Skateboards, designed to bring the same fluid, dynamic movement of surfing to a skateboard. This is made possible by a rotating arm on the truck. In addition to rail-to-rail maneuverability, this creates lateral acceleration. The increased mobility of the front truck turns the rear truck into a pivot point, from which you can initiate slides or tight turns, just like on a surfboard.
This also provides the ability to really pump your board, giving you that long-sought-after surf feeling on the asphalt. Riding fakie also feels as if you were riding backward on a surfboard. For this reason, the C7 is only suitable as a front truck.
The arm rotates on precise industrial ball bearings and is dampened by a strong, adjustable spring. This allows every rider to adjust their setup to suit them best. Despite all this, the C7 remains a skateboard truck that fits on all new-school decks. Even the same wheelbase is maintained.
The C7 truck set comes with matching C2.4 6.5 rear trucks and includes:
