We changed the bootie game again with our Solite 2.0 technology. The 3mm Custom integrates our 2.0 sole into the cleanest, simplest package that essentially vanishes on your feet. If you are looking for the lightest shoe in the world, the 3mm Custom 2.0 is for you!
Technical aspects:
Like all of our new 2.0 Series boots, the 3mm Custom 2.0 features a 3D molded 1mm natural rubber sole that wraps the toe and heel for increased durability and protection from rocks, sea urchins and reefs. The one-piece sole design leaves no exposed gaps between the sole sleeves for added protection and durability.
We've also upgraded the outer lining material to the same material we use on the Custom Pros to improve durability and minimize water absorption. A further reinforcement of the exterior is our exclusive Tatex Flex Spine. The Flex Spine stiffens the back of the boot to act as a shoehorn and also provides a sticky surface to grip your wetsuit leg and prevent flushing. The interior is lined with a plush, quick-drying lining material for maximum airflow, enhancing warmth and comfort.

- Absorbs excess water when rinsing to prevent puddling in boots.

Sizing Note: Order your normal shoe size or 1/2 size smaller. For example, if you are a size 10.5, order a size 10. If you are a size 10, also order a size 10.
Return Period
You are of course entitled to return goods. Please note that you have 14 days after receipt to send the items back to us. You can do so without giving a reason – it is sufficient if the handover date is within the deadline. We are very flexible and can of course extend the deadline for you – just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we are unable to extend deadlines for "purchase on account" orders, as this is handled by an external payment provider.
Requirements
Unlike many online retailers, we do not simply dispose of returned items – we resell them in our store. We can therefore only accept returns that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.
Please register your return in your customer account. Once approved, you will receive all further information by email.
Refund
As soon as we have received the goods in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on your chosen payment method, we will use the same method to return the money to you.
Shipping costs for outward and return delivery will not be refunded. If the retained purchase amount is less than CHF 80.-, CHF 10.- in postage costs will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

Delivery costs
We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.
Free Shipping
For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.
Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods
Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.
Delivery outside Switzerland
At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
