If it's broken – fix it!
Wetsuits have kept getting better, but they are also susceptible to small tears or holes. With this neoprene glue, you can carry out small and larger repairs yourself. You might not win a beauty contest anymore, but at least your suit will be watertight again. Also works for neoprene booties and gloves.
The tube contains 35 ml of adhesive, black. Close tightly after use.
Gluing neoprene - here is how it works:
- Bonding surfaces must be clean, grease-free, and dry
- If necessary, clean the repair area with acetone or similar
- Pull the tear apart and fix it with weights so that the surface remains spread open
- Apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to both sides
- Allow the adhesive to flash off for approx. 5 minutes
- Join the bonding surfaces accurately and press together firmly
- For safety, let it dry for a few more hours
