Thanks to the coarse-meshed structure, the Plasma_Plush inner lining traps more air. The result is an insulating layer for increased warmth and fluffy comfort.

Hot_Stuff 2.0

Thanks to its coarse-meshed structure, the Hot_Stuff 2.0 Inside Lining not only offers a comfortable fit, but also traps a lot of air for thermal insulation. It is the most flexible thermal lining in ION's range.

Silk_Stuff

Soft lining on the inside for a comfortable feel on the skin. Despite its delicate appearance, Silk_Stuff proves to be a real powerhouse when it comes to its outstanding flexibility.

Maki_Tape 2.0

Super elastic neoprene tape reinforces the seams in high wear areas for a longer life of your wetsuit.

Cordlock

Sometimes it's the little things: A soft cord stopper allows you to adjust the front zip with just one hand. The whole thing was packaged in an inconspicuously slim design, which does not interfere with driving.

Replaceable drawstring

The cord is used to tighten the suit at the shoulder. The high stress on this small detail can lead to unavoidable damage. The cord is easy to replace so you can easily extend the life of your wetsuit!

Seam_Reinforcement

All stress points have been reinforced with Melco tape to ensure longer seam life.

Drain_Holes

Fast drainage to prevent water from accumulating in the Neo - the Drain_Holes are fixed from the inside and therefore do not expand any further.

Separate Leg_Straps

The Leg_Loops can be placed tightly around the ankle to prevent water from entering the wetsuit. To prevent the loops from getting lost in the water, they are equipped with a unique, very strong Velcro construction.

Key pocket

Enjoy your session and don't worry about your key. Just keep it safe in the Key_Pocket. Please remember to only put water-resistant keys there.

Seal_Tite

-A narrow rubber strip on the cuffs of the legs and arm cuffs, as well as on the collar. Ensures a better seal and prevents the material from wearing out.

Glued Blind Stitch

Process technology in which the neoprene is first glued together and then only pierced halfway through with a curved needle. This prevents water from entering through holes in the neoprene.

Return deadline

Of course, you have the right to return goods. Please note, however, that for logistical reasons you only have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You can do this without giving a reason and it is sufficient if the posting date is within the deadline. But we are really very accommodating and of course we will extend the deadline for you - please just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we cannot extend the deadlines for "purchase on account" because this is an external payment provider.

Requirement

In contrast to many online providers, we do not simply throw away the returns, but sell them again in our store. We can therefore only accept goods that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.

Reimbursement

As soon as we have received the goods back in perfect condition, we will refund you the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on the payment method you choose, we will choose the same way to refund you the money.

Shipping costs for return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Delivery costs

We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.

Free Shipping

For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.

Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods

Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.

Delivery outside Switzerland

At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
