The 360° Fit System allows for a quick, comfortable and comfortable fit right out of the box. While standard helmets are only adjustable in the back, the headband of the Slash AMP runs from back to front and goes completely around the head. This takes the full circumference and individual shape of the rider's head into account - rather than simply pressing it against the front of the helmet. The 360° fit ensures more comfort, less movement when driving or falling and even pressure distribution. Additionally, the headband's adjustability expands the size range, allowing riders to choose between just two sizes. The Slash Amp helmet comes with integrated ear pads.

Return Period
You are of course entitled to return goods. Please note that you have 14 days after receipt to send the items back to us. You can do so without giving a reason – it is sufficient if the handover date is within the deadline. We are very flexible and can of course extend the deadline for you – just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we are unable to extend deadlines for "purchase on account" orders, as this is handled by an external payment provider.
Requirements
Unlike many online retailers, we do not simply dispose of returned items – we resell them in our store. We can therefore only accept returns that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.
Please register your return in your customer account. Once approved, you will receive all further information by email.
Refund
As soon as we have received the goods in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on your chosen payment method, we will use the same method to return the money to you.
Shipping costs for outward and return delivery will not be refunded. If the retained purchase amount is less than CHF 80.-, CHF 10.- in postage costs will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

Delivery costs
We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.
Free Shipping
For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.
Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods
Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.
Delivery outside Switzerland
At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
