The Prolimit Hydrogen unisex boot is 5.5mm thick and will keep your feet warm in autumn/winter conditions. The natural rubber reef sole gives you the feeling of walking on bare feet. This boot has a dry sealed ankle cuff and blind stitched seams to keep the water out. The boot has a reinforced heel for extra support. The neoprene is 5.5mm thick and hypoallergenic.

XGRIP
The Prolimit Hydrogen Boot is a super warm SUP & surf shoe especially for the cold season.
The special torsion sole ensures optimal mobility of the foot in its natural way. It is made from a single piece and thus offers optimal power distribution and maximum support in the heel and entry area.
The blindstitched neoprene sock is fully bonded to the sole, which thins out in the center for better boardfeel without sacrificing durability.
The surf shoe is made on an orthopedic last, which ensures maximum stability.
The special Prolimit OCL last was modeled on the human foot. Perfect design and perfect shaping are the foundation of a well-fitting neoprene shoe. Most surf shoes on the market are flat, straight and stiff. ProLimit has its own OCL last with a slightly sloping back to maintain the natural foot and leg position in water sports. This special production is characterized by a perfect fit, less water absorption and more control. They are more comfortable and give a more direct board feel.

Return Period
You are of course entitled to return goods. Please note that you have 14 days after receipt to send the items back to us. You can do so without giving a reason – it is sufficient if the handover date is within the deadline. We are very flexible and can of course extend the deadline for you – just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we are unable to extend deadlines for "purchase on account" orders, as this is handled by an external payment provider.
Requirements
Unlike many online retailers, we do not simply dispose of returned items – we resell them in our store. We can therefore only accept returns that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.
Please register your return in your customer account. Once approved, you will receive all further information by email.
Refund
As soon as we have received the goods in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on your chosen payment method, we will use the same method to return the money to you.
Shipping costs for outward and return delivery will not be refunded. If the retained purchase amount is less than CHF 80.-, CHF 10.- in postage costs will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

Delivery costs
We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.
Free Shipping
For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.
Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods
Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.
Delivery outside Switzerland
At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
