Knowledge is one of those rare treasures that multiplies when shared. The surf coach is a treasure chest full of knowledge, practical tips and experiences from the world of surfing. In the book, purely decorative images of perfect waves are avoided, instead the surf coach concentrates on the challenges that surfers have to master from the absolute beginning to riding green waves. The concern is to contribute to good surf lessons and to support learning to surf. This reference book is aimed at all surfers who set out to discover the rainbows behind the breaking waves, as well as at the surf instructors who support them. The surf coach should help learners to prepare for the lessons or to continue with them and, for example, to move confidently in the water again after a longer break. For this purpose, all elements of the lessons for surfing beginners and intermediates are dealt with in the book. In the methods section, teachers will also find extensive tips on how to structure their lessons as well as practical tips on how to deal with specific challenges that are part of their everyday life. A central element is the justification of decisions. The surf coach not only describes a possible way from white water to the line up, at central points there is always a reason why a certain procedure makes sense. The goal is not superficial knowledge, but deep understanding and reflection. Therefore, the book always makes it transparent which alternatives are conceivable. In order to prevent misunderstandings, it must also be emphasized at this point that reading the surf coach can and should in no way replace surfing lessons!

Return deadline

Of course, you have the right to return goods. Please note, however, that for logistical reasons you only have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You can do this without giving a reason and it is sufficient if the posting date is within the deadline. But we are really very accommodating and of course we will extend the deadline for you - please just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we cannot extend the deadlines for "purchase on account" because this is an external payment provider.

Requirement

In contrast to many online providers, we do not simply throw away the returns, but sell them again in our store. We can therefore only accept goods that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.

Reimbursement

As soon as we have received the goods back in perfect condition, we will refund you the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on the payment method you choose, we will choose the same way to refund you the money.

Shipping costs for return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Delivery costs

We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.

Free Shipping

For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.

Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods

Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.

Delivery outside Switzerland

At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
