Fastening rips, holes and tears to neoprene is easy with the Tenacious Tape Neoprene Patch. Formerly known as the Iron Mend, simply cut the patch and use an iron to permanently repair wetsuits, boots and gloves. This iron-on fabric patch is suitable for reinforcing seams and high wear areas including elbows, knees and underarms. The special lining gives watersports gear extra abrasion resistance to keep it looking good. Use the Tenacious Tape neoprene patch to extend the life of expensive neoprene gear and accessories

  • Iron On - Easily perform heat activated wetsuit repairs at home
  • Permanent - The patch kit extends the life of neoprene gear by providing a permanent solution to rips and tears
  • Flexible - Stretches with material making it ideal for patching and strengthening elbows and knees
  • Reduces Wear - Engineered with a special lining that flexes and provides additional abrasion resistance
  • Multipurpose - Cut this 254 x 150mm patch of fabric for all types of neoprene repairs. Safe for dry suits, spandex and even Lycra®
DANGER:
The M2 neoprene adhesive must be used on smooth skin surfaces because the adhesive of the patch does not adhere sufficiently!

Return deadline

Of course, you have the right to return goods. Please note, however, that for logistical reasons you only have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You can do this without giving a reason and it is sufficient if the posting date is within the deadline. But we are really very accommodating and of course we will extend the deadline for you - please just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we cannot extend the deadlines for "purchase on account" because this is an external payment provider.

Requirement

In contrast to many online providers, we do not simply throw away the returns, but sell them again in our store. We can therefore only accept goods that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.

Reimbursement

As soon as we have received the goods back in perfect condition, we will refund you the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on the payment method you choose, we will choose the same way to refund you the money.

Shipping costs for return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

return address

You are welcome to return the order or items from it to the following address:

Surfari Surf Shop
Badenerstrasse 18
CH-8004 Zurich

Of course, you are welcome to come by directly and we will take the goods back personally.

Delivery costs

We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.

Free Shipping

For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.

Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods

Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.

Delivery outside Switzerland

At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
