The revolutionary Entity Ergo sets a new benchmark in support, ergonomics, safety and comfort.
The human foot has 28 bones. The bones of the foot can be divided into the following groups: tarsal bones, metatarsal bones and toe bones. 20 muscles and over 114 tendons and ligaments ensure the necessary flexibility and stability between the bones. A fine network of nerves and blood vessels supply the superficial and deeper muscles at the top and bottom of the foot.
In short: That's exactly why you need the new ergonomic NTT with four different sizes to find the NTT pad that fits your feet. The new strap design ensures your feet stay in place, and the new fiberglass-reinforced double hook closure system keeps the entire strap closed in all conditions. With the ergonomic EVA pad in combination with the toe padding, you are guaranteed to always have the right grip and optimal pressure distribution for maximum comfort. The new ergonomic NTT relieves strained nerves and prevents fatigue and pain. This means your feet don't get tired so quickly and you can stay on the water longer. In combination with the adjustable heel pads, the ergonomic NTT footpads reduce pressure on the heels and even prevent the entire body from being exposed to impact. This will relieve pain in the feet, back and knees in the long term. As an additional nice little gimmick, you can store the pad's screws in little pockets at the bottom of the pad so you don't lose them when traveling. Just as comfortable as slipping into your slippers!
Return Period
You are of course entitled to return goods. Please note that you have 14 days after receipt to send the items back to us. You can do so without giving a reason – it is sufficient if the handover date is within the deadline. We are very flexible and can of course extend the deadline for you – just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we are unable to extend deadlines for "purchase on account" orders, as this is handled by an external payment provider.
Requirements
Unlike many online retailers, we do not simply dispose of returned items – we resell them in our store. We can therefore only accept returns that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.
Please register your return in your customer account. Once approved, you will receive all further information by email.
Refund
As soon as we have received the goods in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on your chosen payment method, we will use the same method to return the money to you.
Shipping costs for outward and return delivery will not be refunded. If the retained purchase amount is less than CHF 80.-, CHF 10.- in postage costs will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

Delivery costs
We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.
Free Shipping
For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.
Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods
Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.
Delivery outside Switzerland
At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
