Essential properties

BASALT FIBER
Basalt fibers are extracted from volcanic rocks, and basalt is an abundant raw material. The fiber has a low global warming potential because it is a natural fiber. This element of our Concept Blue program replaces both carbon and glass fiber as a material. Basalt has similar mechanical properties but significantly lower environmental impact.

FAST IN LIGHT WIND
The board's rocker line is designed for speed, allowing you to use a smaller kite and go out in lighter winds.

ZERO IMPACT CORE
The second feature of Concept Blue is our Zero Impact Core, where we use partly recycled EPS, giving waste a new life. This reduces the impact on the environment.

EXCELLENT GRIP AND PRECISE TURNS
The rails are designed to provide excellent grip on the wave and allow the board to pull vertical turns on the face.

SURFBOARD FOR SMALL WAVES

Designed to maximize fun when the wave is small. The board offers a lot of speed and power, even with little pulling power from the kite.

Return deadline

Of course, you have the right to return goods. Please note, however, that for logistical reasons you only have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You can do this without giving a reason and it is sufficient if the posting date is within the deadline. But we are really very accommodating and of course we will extend the deadline for you - please just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we cannot extend the deadlines for "purchase on account" because this is an external payment provider.

Requirement

In contrast to many online providers, we do not simply throw away the returns, but sell them again in our store. We can therefore only accept goods that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.

Reimbursement

As soon as we have received the goods back in perfect condition, we will refund you the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on the payment method you choose, we will choose the same way to refund you the money.

Shipping costs for return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Delivery costs

We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.

Free Shipping

For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.

Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods

Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.

Delivery outside Switzerland

At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
