The new Neo SLS builds on the incredible legacy of previous years and improves the driving experience even further. With the Hybrid Flex Struts, which are now straighter, and a wider, more square shape of the wing tips, the focus has been placed on even better handling of the kite. The result is a kite with smoother handling, faster steering and a shorter depower stroke that allows you to take all the power out of the kite in one fell swoop. The Hybrid Flex Struts are controlled by the precisely coordinated ratio of Penta TX and STW70, which is tailored to the individual sizes. The percentage of flexible material in the tip struts decreases as the size increases. The new wing tips open and flex when pressured by the rear lines, resulting in super-fast and near-instant turn initiation. The legendary wind range remains, with plenty of low-end power to keep you going in all conditions, while top-end power keeps you on the water longer. The Neo SLS features Penta TX and Trinity TX construction, lightweight materials that are also exceptionally durable. This results in a kite that is significantly lighter than conventional designs. This weight reduction improves the Neo SLS's drifting characteristics and allows you to effortlessly execute your moves on the wave without having to worry about the kite. Even when depowered with the bar pushed away, the Neo SLS maintains its dynamic handling and steering, so you remain in full control when surfing the wave. Return deadline
Of course, you have the right to return goods. Please note, however, that for logistical reasons you only have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You can do this without giving a reason and it is sufficient if the posting date is within the deadline. But we are really very accommodating and of course we will extend the deadline for you - please just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we cannot extend the deadlines for "purchase on account" because this is an external payment provider.
Requirement
In contrast to many online providers, we do not simply throw away the returns, but sell them again in our store. We can therefore only accept goods that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.
Reimbursement
As soon as we have received the goods back in perfect condition, we will refund you the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on the payment method you choose, we will choose the same way to refund you the money.
Shipping costs for return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Delivery costs
We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.
Free Shipping
For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.
Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods
Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.
Delivery outside Switzerland
At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
