When the Click Bar came out, it changed the game. The design has been refined over the years and is now the benchmark for kite control systems. The Iron Heart VI is back for 2024, with the Click-In Safety System. This allows you to simply press the chicken loop into the Iron Heart VI so that it connects easily every time. Perfect for riders using a rope slider bar and a real help when the chicken loop comes loose and needs to be reconnected, especially in the water. The floater is also removable so you can check the bar's leader lines. The new pigtails only have reduced sheathing where they are needed. This reduces weight and drag at a critical connection point to the kite. Robline's FLITE99 lines reduce air resistance and offer more direct control behavior. The V-Distributor III is easy to adjust so that you can quickly adjust the front line split. It can also be easily removed so you have a very low V. This makes the Click Bar compatible with most kites on the market. There is a Suicide Ring Leash connection system. You can ride the Click Bar in full safety mode or simply use the Suicide Ring for unhooked riding. There is also a Click Bar in Medium with 12m + 12m extensions; this set-up is perfect for kite schools.

Return Period
You are of course entitled to return goods. Please note that you have 14 days after receipt to send the items back to us. You can do so without giving a reason – it is sufficient if the handover date is within the deadline. We are very flexible and can of course extend the deadline for you – just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we are unable to extend deadlines for "purchase on account" orders, as this is handled by an external payment provider.
Requirements
Unlike many online retailers, we do not simply dispose of returned items – we resell them in our store. We can therefore only accept returns that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.
Please register your return in your customer account. Once approved, you will receive all further information by email.
Refund
As soon as we have received the goods in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on your chosen payment method, we will use the same method to return the money to you.
Shipping costs for outward and return delivery will not be refunded. If the retained purchase amount is less than CHF 80.-, CHF 10.- in postage costs will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

Delivery costs
We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.
Free Shipping
For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.
Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods
Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.
Delivery outside Switzerland
At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
