Every season, Carver introduces new, innovative deck models with original templates and shapes. This time, however, we wanted to push the boundaries of what is possible and address the limitations of wooden deck construction, particularly the limited potential for complex curves. In our unwavering pursuit of perfection, we set out to develop the ultimate deck—complete with concave, nose, and tail kick, and precisely placed wheel wells—a skateboard that even JPL or NASA could produce.

Choosing Nylon 6, a material made from recycled fishing nets, was crucial due to its specific structural properties, high strength, light weight, and damping characteristics. This makes it flexible and gives it an organic feel similar to wood. No conventional plastic possesses these important qualities. Carver's mission is clear: to offer riders the best surfskate deck on the market, creating the opportunity to protect the environment while carving cleaner lines than ever before.
