The workouts, which were created by the Habitus Health physio team, are optimally tailored to the requirements of board sports. Train your torso, buttocks and shoulder muscles. You will feel the difference directly in your performance on the board!
On the left you will find three variants of the workout: Beginner, Advanced and Pro, depending on your current fitness level. If you are not sure, start with the beginner workout. The exercises are the same in all 3 workouts, but the level of difficulty is constantly increased. Of course there are endless other fitness exercises in combination with the balance board - there are no limits to your imagination.
