The damage report determines and quantifies the damage to your surfboard. The report is the basis for your claims against the person who caused the accident or their insurance company. The damage to your surfboard will be compensated on this basis.
Please come by with the board or send us an email with the following information:
1. Exact description of the surfboard, including accessories, identification of signs of use or installation of parts to improve the vehicle.
2. Complete documentation of the damage (pictures of the complete surfboard top, bottom, detailed pictures)
3. Purchase price/location
