As a kitesurfer, you probably know this feeling: you get to the beach only to discover that the weather forecast has once again not told the truth and there is less wind than predicted. Accordingly, the parking lot is full of depressed kite surfers doing a wind dance. But luckily you have the juice in your luggage. You pump it up, launch it into the sky and you can feel the power straight away. So just a few minutes after you arrive on the beach you'll be carving your lines into the sea, popping airs and practicing your tricks. How is this possible? By using years of intensive research and development to create the ultimate Lightwind kite and using only the latest materials. It's the kite every kiter needs; the kite that our professionals rely on in an emergency and the kite that gives you the most bang for your buck when the wind doesn't cooperate. It is also perfect for light wind freeriding. The smaller sizes are fantastic for foiling, while the larger sizes have been tailored to provide twin tip riders with maximum power when they want to pull off their tricks. Some Lightwind kites are really slow and cumbersome. The Juice, on the other hand, is a Formula 1 racing car in a parking lot full of trucks. Thanks to its Flex Struts, the kite can respond instantly to steering input, providing a dynamic and exciting flying experience not often seen on larger kites. With light bar pressure and reduced drag on the airframe, kitesurfing becomes an effortless pastime where you don't have to think about the kite and can fully concentrate on the next trick. If the wind picks up, that's no problem either: thanks to its large wind range, the Juice can handle that too and you can look forward to more speed, power and even bigger jumps with massive hang time. Return deadline
Of course, you have the right to return goods. Please note, however, that for logistical reasons you only have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You can do this without giving a reason and it is sufficient if the posting date is within the deadline. But we are really very accommodating and of course we will extend the deadline for you - please just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we cannot extend the deadlines for "purchase on account" because this is an external payment provider.
Requirement
In contrast to many online providers, we do not simply throw away the returns, but sell them again in our store. We can therefore only accept goods that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.
Reimbursement
As soon as we have received the goods back in perfect condition, we will refund you the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on the payment method you choose, we will choose the same way to refund you the money.
Shipping costs for return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Delivery costs
We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.
Free Shipping
For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.
Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods
Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.
Delivery outside Switzerland
At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
