You can do this without giving a reason and it is sufficient if the posting date is within the deadline. In contrast to many online providers, we do not simply throw away the returns, but sell them again in our store. We can therefore only accept goods that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.
As soon as we have received the goods back in perfect condition, we will refund you the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on the payment method you choose, we will choose the same way to refund you the money.
Shipping costs for return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.
Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.
