OY Surf Apparel

Founded in Switzerland and Bali in 2012, OY Surf Apparel was inspired by sometimes frustrating experiences. We realized that no surf bikini on the market actually satisfied our needs. It either slipped, was uncomfortable, made of cheap material or just looked terrible. We got tired of compromising and decided to take matters into our own hands.

Ever since we have supplied shops and clientele all over the world with our popular surf bikinis, leggings and lycra tops and continue to offer surf and active wear with a high demand for functionality without compromising on design. The customer receives high quality and long-living products and also will still find the same product after five years time.

In 2012 our production started in Bali. But since we source our recycled fabrics in Europe we decided to move the production to Portugal in order to decrease transportation of materials and products and therewith our general carbon footprint.

Since 2020 OY Surf Apparel is managed by Zelia Zadra and Dario Zadra, based in Zurich and Berlin. Both have been associated with the surf culture and its needs from a very young age.
