In contrast to many online providers, we do not simply throw away the returns, but sell them again in our store. We can therefore only accept goods that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.
Reimbursement
As soon as we have received the goods back in perfect condition, we will refund you the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on the payment method you choose, we will choose the same way to refund you the money.
Shipping costs for return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Free Shipping
For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.
Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods
Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.
Delivery outside Switzerland
At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.

The Nova is the perfect harness for anyone looking for flexibility in combination with good support properties in the back area. With a flex index of 6, it is one of the medium-hard to softer harnesses in the ION range. Designed with the athlete's health in mind, the Nova features a replaceable Ergo_Pad on the inside. The padding has an integrated channel and raised trigger points on the outside and is supplied in 2 different thicknesses. These prevent injuries in the lower back area, reduce pain and increase comfort. Both pads are included and are attached with a very strong Velcro fastener. Just try both and choose the one you feel most comfortable with. Flexible side panels and an integrated flexible strap ensure sufficient freedom of movement, while the 3D_Plus spine supports the back. The result is a good balance between freedom of movement and support for the back muscles thanks to the higher cut shape. The harness is absolutely lightweight thanks to the use of the Curv partial construction, the non-water-absorbing HD_Foam and the slim Specter Bar (including kite hook). The Specter Bar's Curv_Flaps ensure seamless and optimal force distribution throughout the trapeze. The Nova comes with an integrated Kite_Knife Multitool 2.0.
