The used boards are sold without fins and leashes (unless otherwise stated). The information about the condition is of course subjective and you are welcome to come and see the board in our shop beforehand.
The boards will not be sent by post, but must be picked up from the surf shop for cash payment.

Return deadline
Of course, you have the right to return goods. Please note, however, that for logistical reasons you only have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You can do this without giving a reason and it is sufficient if the posting date is within the deadline. But we are really very accommodating and of course we will extend the deadline for you - please just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we cannot extend the deadlines for "purchase on account" because this is an external payment provider.
Requirement
In contrast to many online providers, we do not simply throw away the returns, but sell them again in our store. We can therefore only accept goods that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.
Reimbursement
As soon as we have received the goods back in perfect condition, we will refund you the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on the payment method you choose, we will choose the same way to refund you the money.
Shipping costs for return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.
Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods
Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.
Delivery outside Switzerland
At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.

The Phoenix is the latest performance surfboard design from Mick Fanning and Darren Handley. Mick has been riding this small wave surfboard in a 5'6" all summer when the waves are up to 4ft and under. Low entry rocker for instant speed but enough lift in the tail that you can confidently rip. The Mick Fanning Phoenix is lightning fast and as high performance as a small wave board can get. If you want to rip and shoot down the line on even the smallest of the days then this is the board for you.
