“This is the most excited I have ever been about a small wave surfboard.” ~ Matt Biolos

The Puddle Jumper by Lost is Matt Biolos' latest trick in his Domesticated series. Compared to an RV or Couch Potato, the Puddle Jumper can be surfed for even shorter distances. The main feature is the concave bottom (in contrast to the rolled bottoms that are used on the other Domesticated models) that transitions to a V-bottom in the tail. This will especially benefit surfers who are used to a similar underwater hull from their all-round boards and want to surf performance-oriented even in the smallest waves.

Matt Biolos' favorite small wave shape is now available in the lightweight and robust Lib Tech design. This scores points for its reduced weight and extreme ding resistance, among other things.

LibTech Features:

  • Lightweight, robust Nitrogenecell core (20-40% recycled) with closed cell structure
  • Magnesium fiber mat (similar to conventional E-glass fiber mats)
  • Basalt fiber mat layer in the bottom to absorb shocks
  • Carbon Power Spine Stringer to regulate flex and strengthen the deck
  • Elasto Perimeter Dampening Fiber in the rails regulates the pop/flex of the board
  • Sprock blogs for reinforcing the tail (similar to carbon tail patches on PU boards)
  • Hexzylon fiber layer to avoid pressure dings (visible from the outside as a honeycomb structure)
  • Glazed with Bio-Matrix resin (epoxy-like, can be repaired with epoxy resin)
  • FOC II fin boxes: FCS and FCS II compatible, allows the fin position to be moved 1/2'' back and forth; slightly narrower than the first FOC fin box generation, so with FCS II fins a little more pressure is necessary when inserting the fin!
  • New look with brighter deck and rails

*Comes without fins

Radically Different
30 years of experience crafting and riding high performance environMENTALLY friendly composite surf, skate and snowboards went into designing our unique waterboard process, materials and shapes. Each of the 31 pieces used to construct our surfboards are new materials to the surf industry.

Environmentally Nicer
100% closed cell foam won't absorb water... won't rot • More durable: Lasts longer, fewer dings, fewer boards in landfills • Recycled foam core: up to 50% recycled content in blank • Blank scraps all recycled • Elimination of hazardous resin systems • Non ozone depleting blowing agent • Basalt fiber: no additives, no boron • No solvents except water • No paint brushes • No sandpaper, no tape

Dang Difficult to Ding
Years of composite panel impact testing went into our unique combination of fibers, basalt and resin systems.
Voted toughest board of the year by Outside Magazine.
Crossing the street or the globe, tougher surfboards - free your mind!
If you do ding it, you don't have to get out of the water. Our core doesn't take on water.

Handcrafted in the USA
Every waterboard is hand made by surfers in the USA near Canada at the world's most environMENTAL board factory! Magically fast Horsepower shape: short, lower rocker, straighter rail line with a speedy thumb tail and a high performance nose for aggressive modern surfing and acceleration in small to medium waves. Grovelation!

Return deadline

Of course, you have the right to return goods. Please note, however, that for logistical reasons you only have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You can do this without giving a reason and it is sufficient if the posting date is within the deadline. But we are really very accommodating and of course we will extend the deadline for you - please just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we cannot extend the deadlines for "purchase on account" because this is an external payment provider.
