Solarez Ding Repair (Foam)
Microscopic glass spheres provide a strong, lightweight filler for dings where a large chunk of foam is decayed or missing.
A bubble-free mixture. No matter how hard you try, you cant hand-mix fillers into resin without including some air. Bubbles and unwet fibers are fractures waiting to happen. Solarez contains no bubbles.
High compressive strength / better bonding: Microlite is much stronger than surfboard foam and it bonds much better to the fiberglass shell. This makes it an excellent choice for repairing delaminations.
UV Stable / Waterproof: Surfboard foam is terribly susceptible to yellowing and to degradation by water. Microlite is UV-stable and 100% waterproof.
Dual Cure: You may cure either by sunlight or by adding MEKP catalyst.
