What kind of payment is accepted in the online-shop?
There are several payment methods like: Money Order, Postfinance, Postcard, Mastercard or Visacard. All payments are done in Swiss Francs.

What about shipment costs?
Switzerland: above 80 CHF it's free of charge, everything below is 8 CHF flatrate. Exceptions are surfboards which are charged with 40 CHF
Europe: It's flatrate 20 CHF. Exceptions are surfboards which are charged with 60 CHF
Rest of the World: on request. We do ship all over the world, but you have to ask for specific costs for your order.
To figure out the shipment rates, just place an order and the shipment costs are shown before you have to confirm the order. No harm done.

 

 

Do you have a showroom/store where i can try on wetsuits or have a look at the products?
 Yes, you'll find us at the St. Jakobstr. 39 in Zuerich. 

 

 

In general, yes. Since we're official dealers of those brands, we got access to their complete product lines. In our webshop is always just a small selection. The easiest way is to drop us a mail or make an appointment to check out their catalogues and stocks.

 

 

I really need to have the same surfboard as Andy Irons or Kelly Slater. Do you have those?
They're not listed in our catalog, but surely we're able to order boards from Rip Curl, Dakine, Pukas, usw. Those boards are usualy custom shaped and delivery times is around 4-6 weeks.

 

 

Why do you have this or that product not in your catalog?
Seems that nobody told us to do so yet. Just drop a mail and we check this out for you.

 

 

Do you host any surfcamps? For example in Biscarosse?
 We're checking out accomodations possibilities in Marocco these days ;)

 

 

How long does it take until the order is shipped?
 Usually the order is on it's way the next working day. Delivery times are show on each product detail page.

 

 

Is it possible to pick up orders?
Of course. As soon as we get your online-order, we'll pack the ordered stuff in a bag and all you have to do is to pick it up.
